This guide covers everything a broker needs to configure before inviting agents.
Brokerage Settings
Navigate to /dashboard/brokerage/settings.
Commission Configuration

Compliance Checklists
Create reusable compliance templates at /dashboard/brokerage/checklists.
Each checklist contains:
- Document categories (contract, ID, disclosure, etc.)
- Required vs. optional items
- Review instructions for the compliance queue
Cap Structure
Onoots uses a three-tier cap model:
pre_cap → standard split (e.g., 70/30)
capped → elevated agent split (e.g., 90/10) once cap_amount reached
elite → maximum agent split (e.g., 95/5) once elite_cap_amount reachedThe cap resets on the agent’s anniversary date each year.
Finance Dashboard
Access at /dashboard/brokerage/finance.
- View total brokerage GCI by month/quarter/year
- Export CSV or PDF reports
- Review pending commission splits awaiting deal closure
