Equity™ gives agents ownership stakes in the Onoots platform through milestone-based grants with on-chain vesting schedules.
Grant Types

Vesting Schedule
Grants vest linearly over 48 months (4 years) with a 12-month cliff:
Month 0-11: 0% vested (cliff period)
Month 12: 25% vested

Navigate to /dashboard/equity. The equity dashboard shows:
- All grants with status (
pending,vesting,vested,cancelled) - Vesting timeline chart
- Total vested vs. unvested shares
- Estimated USD/AUD value (at last valuation)
Broker Approval
Brokers approve or reject equity grants at /dashboard/brokerage/equity-queue.
POST /api/brokerage/equity/[grant_id]/approve
POST /api/brokerage/equity/[grant_id]/rejectVested equity is registered on a Polygon smart contract, giving agents verifiable on-chain ownership.
