Get from zero to a live brokerage workspace in under 10 minutes.

Create your account

Go to app.onootsai.com/auth/sign-up .

Enter your name, email, and password. Select Broker as your role if you’re registering a brokerage.

Complete brokerage onboarding

After email verification, you’ll be redirected to /onboarding/brokerage.

Fill in:

Brokerage name and ABN (Australia Business Number)
Default commission split (agent % / brokerage %)
Annual GCI cap amounts (pre-cap, capped, elite tiers)
Compliance checklist templates

Invite your first agent

From /dashboard/brokerage/settings, generate an invite link. Agents use it to join your brokerage at /join/[token].

Create your first listing

Navigate to /dashboard/listings → New Listing.

Upload photos, set price, select property type, and publish. The listing appears immediately at /real-estate.

Add a lead

Go to /dashboard/leads → Lead Pool. Claim an inbound lead, or create one manually via New Lead.

Open a deal

From a lead, click Convert to Deal. This creates a deal in the pipeline at stage new and opens the compliance checklist.

Role-level Row Level Security (RLS) is enforced at the database layer. Agents cannot see other agents’ deals or earnings without explicit broker permission.
